Why we built it

 

Most of the calls we get start the same way: a crack that wasn't there last year, a door that's started to stick, a floor that feels like it slopes. A crack is a symptom, not a diagnosis. The same sign can come from piles, a settling slab, soft ground or water going where it shouldn't, and each has a different fix. We look at the foundation, the ground and the drainage, so we can rule causes out as well as in.
